US Patent 7,908,483 "Method and apparatus for binding TPM keys to execution entities". Co-inventors Vincent Scarlata and Carlos Rozas. Dreamed up and written while at Intel in 2004, issued in 2011. US Patent office link. The Google patents page is prettier.
